Unit 6. THE PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES

Hello again guys! I'm back to make your classes cooler, like me. So, today we started a new unit about the different kind of jobs and the different types of trades.

Let's move to the first activity. Pikachu, move faster! This students want to end their activities fast and you are carrying us slowly!

Oh come on! We have only done one activity and I'm already tired, let's go fast to the next one and end answering the questions so I can go to sleep. The questions are:

1. What did all those jobs have in common?

2. Do you know someone who works in the primary sector? Who is it? Where does he/she work?

3. Can you name any other job from primary sector that isn't in the activity done before?

4. Draw one of them.

Oh, hi! You caught me enjoying this day in the countryside, I love the smell of this flowers and you won't make me work in my day off so I'm going to leave you with my friend Mawile.

 1. Draw and answer.

This guy is so weird... don't mind him. Ok, lets go with the first activity.

This exercise is pretty simple, I just want you to draw one person that works in the secondary sector and behind that sheet you will have to write down what does this person make and what necessities does his/her job satissfy.

Third Sector - Help me please!

Hey guys, today I'm a bit stressed and I need to rest from all this chaos, do you mind helping me taking care of all this meltan for me? They are a bit clumsy and they eat metals so please, be careful with every metal thing that you guys have.

See? They get completely crazy when the see metal things so please be careful and Good luck!

1. Feed the beasts.

If you don't want to mess with this cute little monsters you should better give them some metal to eat so, in order to get it we should make this activity fast and give them some food.

For this activity you will have to name at least 2 different jobs of the third sector that work in these buildings: hospital, restaurant, supermarket, school and hotel.

Ok, we managed to give them some food, I hope they are not hungry anymore and they wont get us in any problem.

2. What about now?

What are they doing? I guess they are happy, let's hope for the best. I think we should keep them entertained. Let's do a roleplay! Guys I need you to start imitating one by one any job you want without talking and make the other people guess which job is it and in which sector does it fit. Let's do it!

Oh! I think they also want to participate! What are they all imitating? Hahahaha, is it dancers? In which sector do you guys think the dancers belong to? Please write it down!

The time is over! Lucky us, we don't have to take care of them anymore, I'm exhausted. I'll let this to Clefable but it seems like she can't stand this either.

I think this is even to hard for her, lets wish for the best hahahhaha.

Small review - Axew and Iris need a hand

Oh, hi guys, I didn't notice you were there, let me introduce ourselves. I'm Iris a pokemon trainer that loves the nature and this is my small companion, Axew.

Squirtle told us to help him teaching you but he said he is sick and needs to rest for today so let's review the contents that you have already seen in this unit.

1. Can you find them?

Oh no! I messed up, I found some jobs to work with but they are all mixed up, please help me find them, this is to hard for me!

There are 10 missing professions, please write down the ones you get.

 

Oh nice, thank you guys! We found them all! We are so happy! Now we can start with the activities that I have prepared.

2. Classify the professions.

Axew: Come on guys you were so slow!

Iris: Axew! I'm sorry guys, he didn't mean to say that. Let's start with the activity that I have planned, in order to do this you will have to classiffy the professions that you have found before in here:

Comercial Process - Repair the weird machine!

Hey guys, come and see what I found next to the river, it's something as cool as me! But I'm way cooler because my eyes shine!

I found a weird robot that looks like a woman, come and check it with me.

Oh wait, it is mooving! It's alive! Be careful!

Oh, hi weird living beings. I'm Magearna an old Pokemon created by different components of a machine but, for some reason that I can't remember I fell into the river and my gears stopped working so thank you for saving me, here are some flowers for you! Can you help me fix my engine? I think its a bit oxidated...

1. Fix me please!

To be honest I think the engines inside this place are a bit rusty, shall we open my chest and try to fix them?

Sadly we need to put a correct code in every engine, if we don't do it correctly it won't fix so please, help me, I trust in you.

In order to fix Magearna we have four different codes for the engines, this codes are related to the comercial process and each one is assigned to different agents, please write an example of a producer, a merchant, a transporter and a consumer so we can make the engines work!

Well done guys, we saved her.

2. Another helping hand?

Thank you so much now I can le... Ok I guess my legs are rusted too... my legs also work with the comercial process information but it is kind of harder than my chest... I need you to tell me the steps a product have to face since it is obtained until it's consumed so I can make my legs work again, could you please help me?

Oh, you even made me look prettier! Thank you so much guys! Now I can have a walk around the city and see what has happened since I have been thrown away to the river, I'm glad that I 've met you. Well... now I have to go, see you!

Oh hi, do you like how cute I look with the accessories I made with flowers the other day? I look awesome hehe.

Oh, so you were the one that stole the flowers of my garden! Now you are in trouble, get ready to fight me! I have been growing this plants for to long and you just come and cut them all!

Aaaah! I didn't know it was his flowers and now Scizor is gonna beat me! I'm not so strong by now please help me, he is a big problem for me!

1. Who dares to stop me?

Oh so you are gonna fight to protect that thief... hahaha you don't know in which trouble you are getting into, you are gonna get a taste of my power!

Oh, so you wanna play games huh? Let's see how long can you last with all my copies!

Ok guys, if we want to survive this attack we need to do an investigation activity, in order to investigate the clones we need to look for the materials that they are made of so, as his composition is similiar to a mobile phone one, please check which materials are phones made of!

3. Last chance!

Ok, I get it, now that you know what my clones are made of you can get rid of them but this next attack won't be that easy to dodge!

If we want to win him let's try and do his previous technique before! please let's write down if we can get those materials in our country or not and what transport do we need to bring them here!

Oh, you have defeated me! My trainer seems so mad at me, you can take the flowers!

I'M BACK... to leave

Today I'm going out with my friends so... I called my friend to make sure that someone is going to teach you something today.

Me and my friends will go out and have fun playing around so have fun with Excadrill, the trainer Iris told me that he could help you. See you, have fun studying hahahahah.

Hey guys, it's me Excadrill! Since Squirtle decided to go out and have fun with his friends I also want to have fun with you so... let's do one simple activity!

1. Interpretation time!

Let's go guys! For this activity I need you to prepare a script in which there has to be a dialogue between the member of each table. They must show the rules of behavior for a good passenger and later on we will represent them together!

Well done! All the interpretations were amazing! Sadly we are done by now.
